Set off in spring, go to the mountains and seas

The April wind brought warmth, and the friends of Yafeite Group embarked on a two-day and one-night team building trip to Tai'an. This activity with the theme of "Gather together, build dreams and move forward" is a relaxation of body and mind, and a deep exploration of teamwork and self-breakthrough.

Ice-breaking and integration: Going outing side by side, breaking the ice together

At the beginning of the team building, the "ice-breaking game" quickly ignited the whole audience. Amid laughter and cheers, team members broke down barriers and used fun interactions to get closer to each other. The subsequent "Team Tangram" and "Super Monopoly" projects pushed wisdom and collaboration to a climax - some people became strategic strategists, while others focused on executing tasks. The completion of each puzzle and the accumulation of wealth witnessed the upgrading of the team's tacit understanding.

Creative Challenge: Build a "Yafeite  Ship" in 3 hours

In the afternoon, after the "Fruit Connect" game, a creative challenge called "Set Sail" kicked off. Iron wire, canvas, paint... scattered materials are revitalized in the hands of the team. Design, build, beautify, in the three-hour time limit task, some people painted the company's LOGO, and some people fixed the hull structure with their hands. When the sails of the "Yafeite" were raised in the spring breeze, cheers and a sense of accomplishment intertwined, becoming the most shining medal of this trip.

Fantasy Adventure: Drifting in the Underground Dragon Palace, Encountering Natural Wonders

The next day, the team went deep into the Tai'an Underground Dragon Palace. Drifting in the 4,000-meter underground river, stalactites are like giant dragons, and stalagmites are like stars in the light and shadow. Amid the gurgling sound of water, everyone marveled at the uncanny workmanship of nature; the exploration of the East China Sea Dragon Palace added a bit of mythical color to this geological wonder journey.

Enjoying time slowly: a healing journey of landscape and history

Walking in Tianping Lake Park in the afternoon, the lake is clear and blue, reflecting the majestic outline of Mount Tai, forming a magnificent view of "the lake reflects the mountain, and the mountain supports the lake light"; stepping into Tai'an Xiucheng, the retro buildings of the Republic of China and the bluestone roads are intertwined, and time seems to have been paused. Friends either take a rest by the lake or take photos and check in, feeling the comfort of "poetry and distance" in a slow pace.

Set sail for the future with passion as the sail

"No matter how high the mountain is, you can always reach the top by climbing up; no matter how long the road is, you can always reach the destination by walking on." The sunset on the way back reflected every tired but satisfied smile. This team building not only allowed the team to break through themselves in the challenges, but also made the belief of "joining hands to create the future" take root in the hearts.
